Are there any new and promising cryptocoins that are asic-resistance and are able to be mined with solely GPUs. (I have a Nvidia Graphics Card)

Do your own research and mine every new coin. Read Altcoins thread. There are a lot of new coins coming out often. Mine upto a certain amount of your choice, hold it until it hits an exchange and then dump it for earlier profits. Repeat the same process for every new coin you see, that you believe profitable to you. That's all. You can pile up money.
