The bitcoin price almost doubled in the last 12 months. So it will need some more time to correct the price.
I think the bitcoin price will trade around the 650 dollars level for some time, then it will jump to $900 to 1000. To see the price of $900 I think we need to wait for a long time as its not easy to reach there very easily as we are still below $700 level so it will definitely take some time to achieve it. I don't see it happening such a large increase to 800 or even 900 dollar will happen. At the moment it seems we are stuck at 650 dollar I like how calm the market state is right now. Everything is better than the price going down. Right now it's just waiting for a large buyer to get the market moving again. After that the price might get some of its action back. All eyes are pointed at China as always. I think it is the calm before the storm. After 3 to 4 months of correction or calm, the price will rise a lot. That is right. After good consolidation of a few months, the price could fly after the new developments. |

OP was telling how 400 $ can`t hold, but we see how + 600 $ holding for some time now, and we can see even higher price. I think bitcoin will rise until new year, and we can stay high, and hold that high price. Site`s and people are joining to btc community and we are growing.
Btc can hold high price as we can see, and if we rise slowly and steady it will be good, big pumps can make things tricky, cause it will be hard to hold pumped price, that's why natural grow is the best.

Agreed that mass adoption in BitCoins is the way to go forward - people need to understand it can be used for secure transactions - explain its features of confirmation and diversified block chain. The average fiat user wouldn't have a clue how financial transactions occur, so there needs to be an education initiative. Only then will it hold above $ 400. |

I agree with that. When the block size is increased in the next 12 months, more transactions can be supported. More transactions coming through doesn't mean the price will not fall below $400 again. I think it's safe to assume that no matter how low a certain price level may seem, the price can always fall below that price level. We've seen that when the price reached its highest point in 2013. Literally no one thought to ever experience sub $200 prices again. But it still happened. |

Stabilty is what we needed. I bet many investors think the same. Stable bitcoin, is a better adoption from the public and merchants. |

If you use an online wallet service, like the one built into most exchanges, there is always the risk that the service will go out of business or steal your funds and claim you withdrew them. There is huge upside potential, but the risks should not be understated. |
