Its one of the "unusual symbols", not a bug. Plenty of them are available on the net, PD banned many users when they were spamming them. If any more people use it, I believe same thing might happen here

Not a bug. Just some funny unicode characters. Check out this Stack Overflow answer for a brilliant usage.
