Highly likely a phishing site, do not use the pass(use temporary email generators if you don't want spam in your inbox) you use on this forum or any other place.

Luckily I just did that.
I got quite suspicious with the amount of bounty he proposed to pay for a simple signup!
No matter what I always enter vague password from now on after that incident.
