WTB cloud server at rackspace HK and AU

I'm looking for a cloud server at rackspace HK and AU, they won't let me sign up due to my country restrictions. If someone can do this for me I'll pay above rates for the servers.

So, I've had a few PM's, basically with cloud hosting, it can be cancelled at any time, so we should be able to work out a medium that works for the both of us, to know neither of us should scam each other. Only serious offers, please! I understand my low post count hinders things, but I've been a long time idler of the forums.
