Also, I travel a lot between West and East coast. So I am not always around.

Seems like a very good deal, if I had that many miners to use that much power I would get it. Or, share with someone if they don't have enough either (I only have 10 S7s and 3 Titans).

Ah, it is just the modem that is included, with the monthly cost for internet added.

That would be the incorrect assumption. Only what is listed is included. Fiber is ~$50/month with Charter

No raised floor. I don't have an exact number for you. But it has cooled 100kW before.
