Bitcoin future will allow to get the value above 1000 dollars ,the thing is when will bitcoin achieve that value once again. But is pretty sure we will get the value of 600 dollars this year ,halving will readjust the current value.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Its only cause of the previous halving people are slightly more hyped up about.

Since it did bring up a slight increase to lead to current prices a bit but not by much.

If you are not so sure just place orders lower and wait for a while. I love to trade so my balance is different each day, but i can proudly say increasing little bit. If i smell dump i'm selling, and again i'm placing my orders lower.

the price has been quite stable throughout the months, but it's definitely too late to buy. i still believe there is 50% profit that we can gain from the current price level this year. i consider that to be a somewhat short term investment. reason enough to buy and hold for some months. people that don't buy at current price level will regret not having bought at todays price after 6 months. regret comes always later.

The price is still less than $500 of course its not too late. If I have the spare money to spend I'd probably buy more after all its going to be a win-win situation in the next months.
I don't get why someone would actually think BTC will disappear and that ETH will replace it, when in fact the users are still in this forum. ONCE we don't see users here in bitcoinbtalk and that users move to ETH forum, that's when you should think ETH can possibly beat btc. Sadly that don't happen.

No need to get panic to buy at the current price or current time. Due to halving promised return is waiting.

Better to buy it slowly more and more each time and sometimes it will make a lot of profit after selling. Then it's can be reapeted againe and againe.

Yep you right. Halving is coming and many people predict the price of bitcoin will increase, so no need to panic and now you can buy bitcoin and wait until halving.

Yeah, that is a good idea, to buy bitcoin when you have few bucks with no use...Than doing a panic buying.. Unfortunately OP did this thread when the price drops last January, probably to motivate everyone to instead of going panic selling, just go panic buying or hold..

More we approaching block halving we have more chance to see good FUD attack, and this coordinated attack will cause great dump, i will be ready with my orders around 300- 350$. Don't hate me, this could be truth because bitcoin as investment cannot reach 500$ at the moment, so they must cause a dump.

We've seen massive FUD from inside and outside already the last few months!
And guess what happened to the price? Almost nothing!
It dropped and rebounced pretty quick to the 400s.
The ones who wanted to buy cheap have already done that.
I believe the next thing to happen will be some kind of FOMO and hype created around and after halving by some whales.
But let's wait and see what will happen.

you know why some people here think ethereum is great and might replace bitcoin? it's just because that ethereum is being pumped heavily and bitcoin still staying at the well known $400 to $420 price levels. they are bored because the bitcoin price doesn't move. these people are not real bitcoiners. i call them coin hoppers. ethereum will end up seeing its value come down significantly to more realistic levels. once the pump is over these people will look for other coins that are being pumped heavily.

I also dont think that it is the best time to buy some Bitcoins now, you can see that the value is not that low now on this moment.
And many people with Bitcoin are waiting for a price increase and they hope that the value will rise soon.
But you never know what will happen with the value.

It is just pure speculation, that $1000 price after halving is not backed by any real data from the pas. After previous halvings there wasn't significant price difference.
We observed even alight price drop. I have no idea if this time will be any different.

There is always possibility however there is a high possibilty that it will not happen and a slight possibility that it will happen if you based on the economics laws for price and demands. The previous halvings cant really be compared with the incoming because back then, there isnt that many people that use or even know what bitcoin is

nothing is too late to buy bitcoin. bitcoin prices will continue to fluctuate up and down. although prices are up high I think if fluctuations remain exist. we can still take advantage of bitcoin
