Who is we? bitcoin is a decentralized currency which means that there is no we in here because it doesnt belongs to anyone. Bitcoin doesnt need to find an ' investor ' or any other sort of things because it is actually the people that finds bitcoin not vice versa

Actually many buyers bought it considering that in halving price will cross 10$ like last time it happened. and many bought it at 700$ when the prices rose to 750$+ but then after it went down only and now at around 660$ trailing at.

It is not, it is because of halvings however this doesnt mean we will keep on having price like this as the amount is way too good to be true atleast for now. The halving effects should take place around 6 months from it and at december we will face some breakthrough of the new price

Nice analysis there. Personally, I prefer that the price be more stable but I am only one man and I can't make the price move according to my wishes. These "quiet times" we are seeing might last for a while, depending on what might happen in the next few months. So better prepare to buy or sell when the situation calls for it.
