Thanks , but that bittrex I registered with 2FA and everything is quite difficult, and I don't see an option to buy dogecoin with payment processors like Payza , Debit Card, etc

i think the best solution for this is you need to buy a bitcoin first and then you buy dogecoin on shapeshift

on shapeshift you dont need to registered, dont need 2FA you just need a bitcoin and dogecoin address

Yes, these are good methods and also,  doesn't this forum have its own altcoin marketplace?   You might be able to find a good price here.  For speed though you should probably just use an exchange.   Yobit isn't bad.
