I haven't got any coins on Cryptsy to withdraw, so I don't know if these tweets are telling the truth. However they say that 80 wallets have been opened for withdrawals, and the Ctyptsy site loads for me today. I doubt the Bitcoin wallet's working, but if you have any other coins there it might be worth logging in to find out if you can withdraw them.

If they have declared that they Bankrupt likely there will be no money to be returned, its like what Mt.Gox did they filed a bankruptcy and most people didn't get any of their money back.

You don't pay enough.

yes, we will forever lose our money. There are some important steps to be taken to avoid such nightmare happening to you! Like use on chain exchange shapeshift, decentralized exchanges platform NXT Asset Exchange, bitshares.openledger.info, rippletrade, withdrawal the money  to our wallets after the trades are done in the exchanges

just when price is recovering:(

maybe it is just temporary issue and they will be back
Fuck no.  Where have you been?  Cryptsy is down and they ran away with everyone's funds and it's been a slow scam for the past few months.

If the original Backside walkaround can prove to me they are the old owner of this account, I can update the email address to the email address of their choosing.
Backside walkaround has lost access to their account as they used someone else's email address to sign up, and the owner of the email address got tired of random email notifications from this site after a few months and reset the password.

Cryptsy has fallen mate. People got their coins in a hostage situation which is sad.
The owner of the site. Paul Vernon seems to make a run with their users coins, claiming they lost it in a 'hack'

It's not looking good right now.  I have some money in cryptsy in BTC and US dollars that I can't get out.  I tried to get some of it out as early as Dec 3 but they wouldn't withdraw it.

I guess it depends on what side of the fence your on. If your coin is A-B-C your feeling pretty good!

If you coin is X-Y-Z or in BTC you probably Angry

There is a possibility. The judges in the US will find out. BigVern will be put to justice for neglecting/cheating.
