Dear Campbx Support Center,

I’m writing on this forum because, after 4 tickets…. I didn’t get any reply.

For the entire past week, anytime I have been trying to withdraw Bitcoins, I’m getting the following message:

There is a temporary hold on your account due to a recent deposit.
¬
This should clear automatically in 2-3 business days in most cases. We apologize for any inconvenience.

First of all, I’m aware that from time to time, any exchange ( I’m a partner in The Rock Exchange), needs to verify transactions and, eventually, require additional information.

NOT A PROBLEM FOR ME and, as stated on my tickets, I’m ready to provide any additional information you may need.

However, what I’m missing is the total lack of response on your side…..

Could you be so kind to contact me at my email:  eliale@therocktrading.com in order to solve the problem?

Thank you very much

I get the same error; first time seeing it:

Have you checked if they stop your USD withdrawls as well?

They stopped all but now I'm back on line.  However, not a single reply from Campbx....

This is quite strange because I do believe they are a good exchange ...

This is the problem.. They held the account and release it without asking anything.  As a coincidence, I had the same problem with Dwolla but at least they are responsive.  Most likely they were checking transactions...

Again I never had a problem  with Campbx and I consider it a good platform.  Just strange this lack of replies....   Roll Eyes

Now everything works fine.

They just notified me of releasing my hold; nothing required on my part

kool

I asked and they said this:

"Our filter uses several criteria to flag accounts - let's try couple of transfers and if it flags you again I can go talk to the developers."

To me it seems they flagged me because:

I deposited from Dwolla and within 30 minutes bought BTC and tried to withdraw that BTC right away

Finally got multiple replies.

Reason for the hold was:  This hold is put in by our filter based on IP and several other criteria.
