One guy is hde aving Gyft.com codes and he wanted to trade with me for bitcoins.

I'm outside of USA.

Still I can redeem?

I once made an account and it didn't allow me but when I changed the IP It didn't give me that error message saying that the option isn't available on my country  . (I didn't redeem anything though) .

The answer to this is NO unless you use socks or RDP and change your location to USA otherwise it is impossible.
