The subject pretty much says it all.  I always see trading sites that offer prepaid cards for bitcoins, but I never see any that accept them and give you the bitcoins.  Whether it's a currency exchange or just someone on the forum with a reputation that does this sort of thing, I don't really care, but a link would be much appreciated.  Thanks

I know you can use bitcoin-otc to trade prepaid cards.

If you need help with IRC (my book covers it and how to get authenticated with bitcoin-otc, among other BTC related stuff :-) [see signature])

You can also visit the bitcoin-otc wiki for all the information you need.

I've never heard of an actual site that offers this kind of service. I think your best bet is either otc or starting a thread in currency exchange subforum.

The subject pretty much says it all.  I always see trading sites that offer prepaid cards for bitcoins, but I never see any that accept them and give you the bitcoins.

There had been a few individuals or exchanges in the past that would take this.  The fees were in the 10% range.

A prepaid debit card usually will function at an ATM.  There are many methods for buying bitcoins for cash.  That might be your best option.

For instance, with Bitme you can deposit cash at any Chase bank location and the funds will be credited to your exchange account:

There is also BitInstant.com where you deposit cash at 7-11, Walmart, CVS or any Moneygram location:
