Is there anything Foundation, which finances litecoin/bitcoin rig construction? I'm really not misused money, I can submit receipts.

No, o.O! I think powerful ASIC/SHA256 miner RIG what im gonna build myself.
Unemployment money + food is not much. Just enough for basic living things.

After the recent fiascos and scams around ASIC mining stuff, I think you have to turn up with something really convincing thing before you can recruit any investors. Sorry, but we've seen too many vaporware here in the recent years.

Yea i know, scrypt/altcoin is future today. I dont wanna scam anyone/bullshit on invest anyone.
Its a last thing what i do fooling somebody! If i have money to invest "These moneys are for hardware, not my personal use"

AFAIK, There aren't any foundation that would support rig constructions but you could try something like: https://bitcoinfoundation.org/
You have to first come up with the whole construction plan and show each phase in great details, if you really want to have a good chance of someone funding your proposal which due to current events, your going to have a huge task of convincing people.

Yes i have tried, they have election system who they accept members. Its big honor to accept on pro bitcoin sociation.
