I sent About .10 btc to an account that needs 3 confirmations before it shows up.......its be a little over a day and its still unconfirned.

When I sent the btc there was only 16 satoshi left in my acct, which blockchain.info took as a fee. That's fine, I would have left more as a fee for them if I knew it was going to be a problem.

The account I sent it to only shows the funds available after 3 confirmations, but when I look at the transaction in blockchain wallet it's still unconfirmed.

Here's the transaction link

https://blockchain.info/tx/4d134ccac71c31c416e08c0c93441d6516cd9e6408f310059564785535d9d04a

What are my options?

I really don't want to wait much longer.....please help me out if your knowledgeable in this area..

Thank you very much

Your option is to wait. 16 satoshi is a really crappy transaction fee. Miners are going to pick ones with higher fees first. It'll go through eventually or it will get returned to you.

Probably this transaction will not get confirmed because the fees are near zero unless someone will intervene, after 2-3 days you will get the money back.

You dont have many options.

#1 you wait
#1.1 ...until the transaction is confirmed, which will probably require you -or someone else- to push it from time to time
#1.2 ...until the network has forgotten the transaction and create a new one with a higher fee.
#2 you dont wait and try to double spend it with a higher fee. Which has a low probability to work, because you need time for the network to forget about the old TX in order for the double spend to get confirmed.

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

this transaction will return to your wallet tomorrow approximately because it will not get confirmed with such fees. so do not worry.
but in the future transactions, you have to pay the proper fees - 0.0001BTC for example -, to get your transaction confirmed without delays

You may import the keys into another wallet and try to doublespend your money, if you put a decent transaction fee the transaction will be confirmed and the other will disappear

if he imports the keys, wont the BTC already be sent and the balance empty?

it's really a big problem . i think you should contact to the blockchain help forum if avaible . i am new in this forum but i know that every online platform has its help section .
blockchain.info can do nothing, they are just a medium of sending and receiving, bitcoin already has a mechanism to fix this, the coins will be returned in a few days at most

the Fees is too low, what you can do is just wait,
after 48 hours if it still not confirmed, BTC will return to our wallet Wink

Next time you must use more fees for transaction. i use  0.0001 BTC for fees on Blockchain.info. And bitcoin will be accepted about 1 hours.
The fees is very cheap than my time.  Grin
