Op be very carefully only use escrow for deals or if you go first only HIGH trusted users
do a background check in the forums if needed like posts and vouches etc

Rate is OK , But i will not be going First , Use escrow or You Go first. I will be happy To use escrow but There is no point of Escrow for me , escrow is for BTC , and you need to do that. Go and get a escrow and let me know when you have sent funds to him and i will directly send Skrill to him. I just wanna say becarefull. As we know that Skrill is reversible service and amount of transaction is hight more than € 200. I suggest use escrow for transaction.
