I'm looking to shift about $13k worth of my assets from Entropia to btc. I've been trying to find Entropians with bitcoins but haven't found very many. So let me explain:
Entropia is a free-to-play MMO with a real cash economy. That means that PED (Project Entropia Dollars) has a fixed exchange rate of 10 PED/USD and you can deposit and withdraw at will. Entropia has been around for about 10 years now so it is a fairly stable economy.
The trouble is that for large withdrawals it takes about 2 months and I need the btc now so that I can wrap up a deal that I've been negotiating. So I can give you a great deal and then you can choose to withdraw your cash if you wish (or you can invest it in the game).
Anyway - do your research on Entropia and then send me a pm if you are interested. We can use escrow (btcrow.com?) when we make the exchange. I'd prefer to do the $13k worth with one person but if you can at least cover a large chunk of that then I'd be interested as well.

Oh, and to be more specific (once you are familiar with Entropia) - my assets are currently in CLDs(Calypso Land Deeds) which yield ~20% return per year (weekly payouts). So if you want CLDs then I can trade them straight over to you otherwise I can have a fire-sale and do a PED-BTC exchange with you.

I did an in-person deal with MelMan2002 this weekend for a decent amount of BTC, did a similar one a year ago, and can vouch for him being legit and long-term.

Companies claiming they got hacked and lost your coins sounds like fraud so perfect it could be called fashionable. I never believe them. If I ever experience the misfortune of a real intrusion, I declare I have been honest about the way I have managed the keys in Casascius Coins. I maintain no ability to recover or reproduce the keys, not even under limitless duress or total intrusion. Remember that trusting strangers with your coins without any recourse is, as a matter of principle, not a best practice. Don't keep coins online. Use paper or hardware wallets instead.

No - I am keeping my Entropia account. I do have other assets that I plan on keeping in Entropia.

virwox + paypal bill me later + 6 months no payments = you get your bitcoin quick only lose under 5% in fees get 6 months to slowly withdraw your money.
That's what I'd do if you want people to send you bitcoin and create an account and wait to withdraw they'll probably want much more than 4-ish percent.

If you'd like to hold the CLDs as collateral for a btc or USD loan I'd be open to that as well.
