I overlooked that the wallet consists of two different adresses, my bad.
The block explorer shows correct amount of coins.

This usually happens when a wallet can't update the peers.I had the same situation.You can use https://validitytech.com/validity.conf link to download the configuration file with the latest peers.You need to paste in to your Validity wallet.
