Even if you go first, it is not risky for you but the person accepting it, since Bitcoins are irreversible but Paypal isn't. Try https://www.coinimal.com/ I haven't used them personally but they do offer buying bitcoins with Paypal. From their front page:  |

There are users here like zazarb who might accept your offer, i'm not sure if he will for you as you are a newbie. But he might.
The thing about newbie is that there is no risk and you are using paypal which most users here knew you could scam by filing a dispute on paypal.

paypal with anything btc related is a recipe for disaster Yeah we have seen many paypal scams in the past I even lost count of how many scams occurred with paypal. |
