I think it is the most popular.  It is tough to say what makes a website the best or not, I don't think primedice is really the best.  As a matter of fact the whole release of Primedice 3 or whatever seemed like a huge scam and I lost a lot of money there when they did that.

The most important factor is its reputation IMO. There are sites with bigger faucet, there are sites with more fancy design, there are sites with lower house edge, but still most people choose to play on PD or suggest PD to their friends first.

Exactly they are trusted because they are old. And i think primedice was the first bitcoin dice site so they had the first mover advantage and gathered attention of all bitcoin users and are completely working fairly as well till now.
