Hello, do you know any vendors where i can buy BTC by bank wire (so it does not take three weeks until i have the coins) or via paypal? thanks in advance! i dont have any other options right now..

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

I will sell you BTC if you pay by SEPA (I am in the UK), or if you send me money via Western Union or MoneyGram.
I have sold BTC to people in Europe using these 3 payment methods many times.

I will do it for you, and send the BTC as soon as the funds hit my account. MTgox last plus 1%. PM me if you want to take my up on that.

Wouldn't use paypal for that much.
