Is Electrum considered as a something safe ? And waht about MultiBit HD ? If not, if I put it on Bitcoin Core, will it be safe ? I think so, but maybe that with all their mess...

in the case of "storm" and planning on putting away your coins till it passes there is no difference between Electrum, Multibit, or Core.
if you want to spend it during, then it would be a different story. because you need to know your (Electrum) server that you connect to uses what chain!

i thin recent bank attack show that bank sector know that the most weak point to it is not the code is not even the bitcoin but the people that involved in it. It very ridiculous when the global economy collapse and everyone say that 2016 will be the same disaster economical year as 2008 the same time some ppl to want to destroy this economical oasis.

But if those clowns success in their secession, could my coins be spent in both chains with all the wallets ?
