I'm for vouch copy. Because seems unreal.

When Registrar find out his glitch, wouldn't he transfer them and confiscate or request a payment?

This is similar thread,I have seen the same topic in digital goods section.
I don't think it will last long enough when they find out about this.
Is this for 1st year or its for all time??ANYWAYS I don't care, they are going to find out about this glitch later or sooner.

Can we transfer the domains to any other registrar? usually such free domains come with 1 year lock so we cant transfer them to any other registrar

This method is strange to me as well though i have heard of freedomain name but it does not include free webhosting, it will be better to provide a vouch copy to someone here because this look too good to be true.

There are many free domains and also free hosting providers, which don't display ads. For example: https://www.000webhost.com/
I can't imagine that you can get free .com/.net domains for free without doing illegal activities. There is a ICANN policy - you need to pay for the domain yearly.

This baffles me too because every free webhosting offer subdomain name unless if the method is a blackhat method.
Even big registrar like godaddy,bigrock etc offer free domain with their hosting plans and there's nothing illegal or illegitimate here.They do it to promote their business.Domains cost very little to them so they include the domain fee in hosting charges and publicize it as free although the do charge it included in hosting fee
