Quand je vous disais, l'année dernière, que la monnaie digitale n'était point l'avenir du monde en ce sens où elle favoriserait l'hégémonie étatique, on me riait au nez, et à la barbe.

Par ailleurs, BBC parle de Factom.

Texas-based firm Factom announced last year that it was working with Honduras to build a blockchain record of land registry titles - though the project later appeared to be on hiatus.
