China's government has advised citizens against the Russian Ponzi scheme founded by Sergey Mavrodi and using bitcoin digital currency, Beijing's online media Caixin reports.

This warning from the Chinese central bank comes too late, isn't it? Why couldn't they bring out such a notification earlier when there weren't so much affected people as there are right now. It could have prevented soo much people from losing big amounts of money. Better late than never I guess...
