every 14 days you get 14 points if you have at least 14 posts.
example now you have 42 activity with 220 posts.
another 28 days (if you write at least 1 post for 14 days period) you get 56 activity with 222 posts and so on.
another one:
42 activity with 50 posts =
another 28 days (if you write at least 1 post for 14 days period) you get 56 activity with 52 posts and so on.
And if you write more?
42 activity with 50 posts =
another 28 days (if you write 100 post for 14 days period) you get 56 activity with 150 posts !

I saw that activity changed from time to time, but didn't know at all how it worked.
SO, every two weeks the activity grows with 14 points if you have had 14 posts.
