Can bitcoin rise up to 800$ this year ?

No way the price can go this high this year, a doubling in price will mean something is wrong with bitcoin.
At most I suspect the price will go 600 dollar and that is very ambitious.

800 seem to be a little too optimistic. But anything around the 600 dollars is what i will be aiming for.
There could be a downfall back to 350 but that is not likely.

The bitcoin most likely is gonna rise to a high amount this year so that is a very good sign for the bitcoin.
The halving will indeed help us to reach the 800 dollar.

If the price of bitcoin reaches to $600 at the time of halving then we can see this price at the end of the year, and this time we have full possibility to see this price of bitcoin.

Most probably it reaches $800 at the time of halving I believe that it can exceed $900 or even more at this year end as there is a positive sign in the price value, hoping more than this to happen in future.

Have you been around last November and have you seen what happened when the price reached oversold territory at $500?
Why would be different this time? Halving is just an excuse for organising a pump, because as such it shouldn't cause the price to rise. After this halving already 75% of all coins will be mined and thus can be used to drive the price down.

$800 is achievable by the end of the year, but who knows we can see this price even at the time of halving, but its really difficult to predict what will be exact scenario at the time of halving.

I have heard this for the first time. Usually when the price goes to very low levels people tend to say that something is wrong, but not when the price goes up. Realistically I also expext $600 to be somewhat of a barrier for this year.

I think it can rise up to $800 after halving but sometimes its wondering to my mind that the price will not change and the price will always stay to 400 to 450 after halving.. Lets hope it will happen so that we can make more profit if it will happen..

I actually don't want the price to go up that high. I haven't finished yet with acquiring BTC.

Also if it does go up that high it's probably a speculative bubble, which is bad for the community. I'd rather it go up in $10 or even $5 increments per week, or even per month, rather than a sudden surge in price.

Price will keep on rising at a moment as we get more and more closer to halving we will see much higher price and $800 is possible to achieve a the time of halving.

I have the same for 500. Somehow it seems the price where every pump stops. Maybe it's psychological but for me reaching the 500 mark is very important.
It will show me how far bitcoin can rise.

once enough buying power makes its move to break the $500 price level, it will most likely rise further to reach a top (at that point) of $530-$550 before possibly testing the $500 level again. i am quite sure this will happen before the block halving.

yeah the price of 400 dollars will be really low at that time because the price will rocket up to the sky because of many people topping up their bitcoins in order to make easy profit

i think 800 dollars or even a new all time high will be possible after a month or too and it will make me some good profit for not doing anything just holding my bitcoins in my cold storage

no he mean that people are gambling witht he future of bitcoin and they are investing for speculation only, but it's their speculation that will drive the price up

That's a good thing to do, bitcoin will achieve that value in this year but no one is sure about the exact time to achieve it and that is the biggest problem with bitcoin.
