I have question.
If developer of coin decide to shout down POW and make coin only POS is that legal?
What about people who invested in mining that coin?
What will big Farms say if Bitcoin decide to go into POS only and they invested Billions $ for mining
hardware?
What are rights in crypto world to give legal right to developer to change specification of coin when they want?
I hope someone can give me some answers.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

I do not konw if it is possible or not to change the coin from POW to POS, but in my opionion it will not work without the comunity agreement because even if he release an update and no one download it, his changes will be useless

Thre was no officiall announcment jet, no question if comunnity support that decition. The just make decition by tehmself.
What now can each developer change things about coin as they want?
I hope Bitcoin will not say that revard for block will be ony 1 BTC from tomorrow.
