Do you buy Hotmail accounts ?

I want to do the market research on forum . That how much sales I can get for selling Hotmail PVA Accounts in bulk quantity.

I did some digging and have seen most prices for 1000 PVA accounts (USA) in range of $120 - $150 but also have seen one site that sells for $200 and the other one for $349 although not sure whats the difference since all of them are PVA's.

Idk about their legit use, but I do know they are quite useful in a variety of shall we say blackhat things.

i am pretty sure,that email have worth any money because it very usefull for something,some registration that need any email,i also hear that gmail account is worth too,maybe they use for register on google adsense or any other site that need old email.

I think these can be used for email marketing. Like someone says I need 5k emails on which I want email marketing. He can sell him these email at higher price. Im not sure if its right, but it could be
