Recently I have seen some addresses on Blockchain.info are having identities attached on blockchain.info.
One such example being theymos' address > https://blockchain.info/address/1NXYoJ5xU91Jp83XfVMHwwTUyZFK64BoAD


How can I implement this feature? Is it reserved for special members like him and other developers?

Also somebody might need privacy and I think adding this without their permission is also a controversial topic.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Why do you always see theymos when there are thousands of users from Bitcointalk are already tagging their addresses? Grin
