I looking for a Bitcoin Card can accept to exchange fiat to BTC or Vice versa ....anyone know if exist??

I think almost all the bitcoin exchange cards do that.Check out : https://www.ecoin.cc/ and https://www.coinizy.com/ I think coinizy is what exactly you're looking for.Since I have not used any of these I can't really vouch for their service.E-coin has their thread around the forum though.

Yeah, a couple of other exchanges has them too but OP you should know that you have to keep your BTC with them for you to use these cards and you have to fill up the KYC forms and they charge a little fee for ordering and everytime you use these cards.

I've used e-coin and can say I am happy with there service.
