i agree that it is pretty stable right now and it does not make any significant changes what means that people are losing interest in bitcoin as it is harder to make money with it

He was caught because his business failed and he faked the price to save himself. I would expect every exchange in the world to benefit from manipulating their order books. The real problem is that no individual, group or government has the responsibility of auditing Bitcoin exchanges and there are no laws governing them. I trust the current exchange rate of Bitcoin about as much as I would trust a car thief to watch my car.
