You've posted on the web site that a group of wallets are no longer supported, however i had a deposit already in process when that post went up.  if you could release 12qGrX9wfatVtk4UvT8mtRuiz6mheTNphM to 1L9x4YDqfq5jHDVmgY5cEcj8od8xbPGMas as that is Blockchain wallet so I can vest it back.  Losing 1.9btc is a big issue as it took me so long to get there. THanx.

your address is yours only (no one can do anything with the btc) unless you are using some site. get the private key of that address and you can use that address again or just sweep it. or if the address is owned by a site, contact their support.

Check your wallet privacy things like private keys and check whether you saved details of wallet in any public systems. There is only chance crack your details.Else there is possibility for this issue. It your own concern No one do it.

If you are expecting an almighy bitcoin power to release something just from seeing this post you could at least provide the transaciton hash.
