Here's the problem: 13% - 12.5% = 0.5%

Obviously, this gap needs to be closed. Meanwhile, I haven't listened to music on the radio for years so forgive for asking, "What's the number one rap song in the US today?" And why doesn't Nashville have more black singers? And, I'm boycotting the NHL till I see 13% of the skaters having a darker skin tone than white.

Furthermore, what does Montanans have against Afro-Americans since they only have ___% (look it up yourselves and prepared to be shocked).
