are there any free dice scripts out there that allow me to alter the balance of an account even if i dont have a bankroll?
the reason for this is that i want to install a script on my site to test strategies but i need fake btc to make things work

You can try with Bitcoin Testnet coin and use existing script. Testnet is fake BTC, exist for the sole purpose of testing applications while using coins that do not hold monetary value.
