Hi!

LN docs are out of date, last version has been release on Jul 16, 2015, and requires rejected BIP62.

Bitcoin is moving forward, I expect SegWit to be released in 2016 into production.

Is LN team alive? Do they have plans to use SW? How can I contact anyone from LN team? Is contact@lightning.network email working?

To my opinion, LN is the most important project for scalability.

u/josephpoon was on Reddit less than 3 hours ago. I'm sure he'd have some answers for you.

Forgive my petulance and oft-times, I fear, ill-founded criticisms, and forgive me that I have, by this time, made your eyes and head ache with my long letter. But I cannot forgo hastily the pleasure and pride of thus conversing with you.
