i think it doesnt have any potential activity coz number of posts is > than activity and yes most of the posts are in the services section, all written in the link he provided in the OP

That potential account counter never said it have potential activity. Op should delete the part (Potential Full Member) to avoid confuse from other people.

1 more think is why do you ever make auction if bidder can't win? Eg the highest is 0.015 BTC but you said "I can decline any bid below reserve price without giving any reasons. " If the price is low and not as you excpected you can decline without reasons?

The auction will end after 24 hours of highest bid not after starting time.
No I can accept the winning bid even if it is below 0.045 btc but it should be somewhere around the average price of full member account here

So I'll maintain my bid. However, I think that you should accept the highest bid whatever price it is. If you don't want this, you should post it at a fixed price in the Digital Goods section, this way you would be sure that the price is the regular price for a Full Member account.

Why don't you just use the account & sign up @ a signature campaign? You'll easily make 2x the amount you'll get by selling it within one to two months. And it's not too hard to post if you aren't just spamming for rank upgrades like most of the account farmers are doing :-(
