Staff... why was my topic trashed?

There are TONS of topics selling EXACTLY THE SAME but you trash mine? Was this a misstake?

This is the case. For some reason the rule against selling such accounts kind of became inactive on its own (everyone forgot about it?). Anyhow, I'll delete any such threads on sight.  In other words, selling cracked/hacked accounts is forbidden. Even though these isn't a specific rule that states this, they are affected by the following rule:

17. Trading of goods that are illegal in the seller's or buyer's country is forbidden.

Clarification: I will delete threads where accounts have been obviously stolen/hacked (or stated so by the seller/buyers). I have only deleted a very small amount of threads until there's an official statement.

There obviously isn't a fix rule for everything nor is it possible to have one that would be fit for all situations. If there are clear indicators that they are stolen/hacked then that is illegal and it should be taken down. You've clearly stated yourself that the accounts are cracked and thus it was taken down. It would be best to wait for some clarification (in regards to other threads).

Actually there is no favoritism; don't make false accusations. In order for it to be favoritism we would have to know the sellers which we do not (at least I don't). I think it is currently on hold, and so am I (unless it's explicitly stated cracked/hacked/stolen). Moderators follow the rules they do not make them. Once an admin clarifies the situation we (and you) will know.

Actually the only thing that I'm waiting for is a 'green light'. I'd be glad to delete every single thread that sells hacked/stolen goods. In your case it is best to contact the moderator that has moved your thread to the trash. He moved it, he can return it if you can convince him. I wouldn't though.

Just because I'm online, doesn't mean that I'm actively moderating and instantly replying to users regarding moderation. I often just check the forum for anything important and time-sensitive or just to take a look at the newest discussions. Anyway, I PMed you back and I can repost the short conversation here:

You've actually confirmed you were doing this illegally.

To clarify to anyone not aware, when asked by some user if these accounts were cracked, he confirmed that they were. I'll be happy to delete the other threads if, as Lauda said, the admin will confirm it's not allowed.
