Everything was ok till yesterday. I can't enter Electrum.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

No, nothing like that. I can see that it is oppening, near my mousepointer is a circle, and than electrum crashes without any message or oppening window.

I'd suggest just re-installing Electrum and hopefully that solves the issue. Could be a software conflict if you've changed any software on your system in the last little while.
