I was just wondering if, we would have been given the total freedom to trade and use bitcoins just like the way we are doing today if, some trader(s) on this forum where Satoshi Nakamoto? I'm just saying this out of curiosity because i've noticed the way most trader(s) do throw -gative trust rating! Kiss

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Freedom includes the negative rating I gave you, why should it be only your freedom to steal and sell that stolen property and not mine to warn others about your actions?

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

what'd you mean? we're now all got the freedom to buy and sell bitcoin, trading, and use bitcoin ,most trader here give negative trust rating just for people who do negative thing like scamming or ripping

Are you sure that the negative rating is solely based on spamming or some group of people are trying to monopolize bitcoins trading forum?

satoshi dont care about negative rating of a forum.. as its not part of bitcoin..
there is negative rating on ebay too.. again unrelated..

the negative ratings do not affect bitcoin at all and are just used by many different currencies as a general guide for users to know a little bit more about the persons morals and ethics they are trading with, based on opinion of previous trade history.. without having to ask for name social security numbers and home addresses

I DO NOT TRADE OR ACT AS ESCROW ON THIS FORUM EVER.
Please do your own research & respect what is written here as both opinion & information gleaned from experience. many people replying with insults but no on-topic content substance, automatically are 'facepalmed' and yawned at

There were always a freedom but with a limit on it as people tend to abuse if given total freedom. Regarding the negative rating that some give is not because their a competition to you or something but it's mainly due to the fact that preventing others from getting scammed or base on your received rating, to prevent others from selling someone's hard work and earning in a dishonest way.

I don't understand that question at all. If you have bitcoins....you can do as you like. I don't understand. You can buy, sell, trade, etc. Money is money. You can't just hold it.

I would have given the technology freedom as he has but there are things I may have done differently.
Firstly I doubt I'd have been able to keep my hands off all those coins like he has, I'd have spent a lot of it by now..
Secondtly I don't think I would have disappeared like he has, I think we need his reason in this blocksize debate for example.

Probably bitcoin wouldn't get the popularity it has today if it was not give for free from satoshi nakamoto. The freedom he gave for developers/clients/audiences to be an important part of its cycle is the main reasons of bitcoin's success infact the entire concept of cryptocurrencies.
