PayPal and Credit card payments can be reversed, Bitcoin payments cannot.

This is the reason you won't find anyone (or atleast, very few people) accepting them for BTC, as you could just call your bank/PayPal and have them reverse the transaction.

not necessarily....if the guy/buyer opens a dispute and gets his money bank via bank complaint... paypal will not block your account for 6 months if you had the funds in your ballance at the time of the complaint but yes you are beeing monitored for some time and they might enquire about your business
