Can you implement a bitcoin wallet just for sending and receiving bitcoins ? The constraints are ,for each user a new bitcoin deposit address should be generated and a certain number of bitcoins should be sent to the sending address .This process should be automated.Send me a pm.

Did he mention a particular price? because I wonder why you said Sounds like a fair offer though I can see that he is talented in web development due to his past job.
