Do you have any trade history here in this section? If yes try to deal with the same person again if deal was successful, but if none yet, there's a slim chance of getting what you wan't.

That's how it is here, even if you don't intend to scam people, they will think or assume that you are, not because you are a scammer, but they are just protecting themselves from scammers. Don't feel bad about it, just get used to it and look for other ways buy BTC. Skrill can be reversed.

Skrill is a highly reversible payment method, considering your account price is just over 0.001, it wouldn't be that hard for you to reverse the payment and never come back/come back from another account.

As I've said, people here are just protecting themselves from scammers, those lines that you posted are very common here and scammers will scam even for a few cent's. Even you say you'll go first fact is it's still reversible.

Yes the transactions was rejected by the Blockchain node. I have added them back to the doubler.
Again now any payouts RETURNED or cancelled due to Blockchain will now be resent automatically
or added back to the doubler.

This is an issue out side of our control by Blockchain.

Just before trading with anyone look for Trust Score , even if you find some trust it is always not sure they are trusted , use escrow at all points while dealing.
ex: Timelord2067 has a trust rating : 1: -0 / +1  , means he has one trusted feedback , or a feedback from Default trust , more the feedback from Default List the legit the person is.

in case of Lokos , he had red feedback , means he was a scammer , and he had already ripped you with some bucks.
