Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

The thing is, it's very easy to buy Ukash in most of the world, and relatively hard to buy Bitcoins. I would think more people would want to get Bitcoins for their Ukash, than the other way around. I know the Bitcoin community would be very excited if people were able to buy more coins by just buying Ukash and exchanging it (without having to go through Liberty Reserve or something else first).

The only people who can't buy Ukash are in the USA. But those people still can't play at European casinos, because if they deposit in Ukash they would have no way of taking out their winnings (unless they could also sell them back for Bitcoins). There is not much incentive to deposit if you can't withdraw.

We as a casino would strongly support and promote your site if it worked both ways, since we will continue to take Bitcoin only for the near future but we could direct our users to your exchange to buy them for Ukash. You should really consider it!
