Hey guys, got about $30 in BTC. Which I want Paypal for!
I will ONLY go first if I deem you VERY trusted! but I am MORE than happy to use an E-scrow/Middle man if you pay for fees
The rate can be discussed later!

It's meant to be, because I was just in talks with another member to loan me $30, but he's giving me a hard time about signed messages. The reason I'm asking him for a loan of $30 is only because his PayPal account has been frozen or something. I've done several PayPal transactions with him in the past.
