I have starbucks card it's not a value though. it's one drink per card so only used for drinks not merchandise. takes paypal G&S to start. $2 per card, any size, any drink, can do extra shots etc.

I'm 99% sure that all the offers you get within that price range is going to be carded. There is no reason for a seller to sell below the average price of a card unless it's carded or stolen etc. If you want a legit card, even $20 for a $25 gift card will be hard to achieve.
