I can load the web site, but their bitcoin node(s) appear to be down, which means their wallet isn't working and they're not receiving new block or transaction data.

piuk seemed to be having intermittent problems yesterday, too, as the receive API wasn't always responding. Fortunately it's motivated me to improve error feedback for my users.

Sorry, I meant the transfer into the actual pingit wallet.

The transaction from pingit to BTC was in fact instant Smiley

Hope theres no problems with blockchain.info

You can reduce that risk by importing your private key into another client as a backup in case the site is down.

Its just out of order.. people cant afford to lose or temporary lose money. In some cases big amounts of money aswell

need to sort this asap,
