bitcoinj 0.6.1 now available

List of notable changes:

Re-organize how transaction confidence listeners end up being called.
Ensure WalletEventListener.onTransactionConfidenceChanged is always
called for every building transaction after every block.

Testnet3 support has been backported from 0.7.
