I recently got banned from coinbase for some unspecified reasons and cannot get them to answer email.  Are there any other exchanges that allow you to sell coins and get ach sent to bank?  Or possibly even paper check?  Want to avoid wire xfers and it appears the next best options (bitstamp, kraken) only offer wires.

Circle is another service similar to Coinbase in terms of ACH transfers.

Kraken just opened to California but not sure if that is wire only for deposits. I thought they would have bank transfers.

You could get banned from coinbase if your sources of bitcoin deposits is either unverified or they've come from the gambling websites. You can use localbitcoins, that's one great alternative.
