It is my pleasure to announce the launch of Gamebet.gg, a revolutionary betting platform that combines E-sports, crypto-currencies (Bitcoin/Bitshares), and Steam in-game items.  
What is Gamebet.gg ?

• An E-sports betting platform

The Gamebet.gg platform consists of two types of currencies, Gamebet Gold (GG) and Steam Silver (SS). Gamebet Gold is backed by user deposits of Bitcoin made to the website and can be instantly withdrawn. Steam Silver is back by user deposits of Steam items.  These two platform currencies are treated as separate currencies and have separate betting pools on each match.  Steam Silver allows users betting with Steam items to receive the exact amount of winnings they are entitled to rather than having to round down due in game item to item betting as found on the CSGO Lounge platform.  Steam Silver may then be used to purchase items off the Gamebet item marketplace which is made up of the items deposited by users.

A very interesting site. But I do not see your site has not been verified by the system probvaly.
And the features provided are also less good. why betting not individual  aka still need to go to a link (Steam). And please in order to make the site more in accelerate again, because I still feel that your site is too heavy. Best wishes for your future success

As of now we are not taking direct Bitcoin Deposits since we are still in beta test. Once we go live and begin taking deposits we will be one of the world's first systems to permit users to bet on e-sport matches with Bitcoin. We also allow individuals to bet with their in-game items, trade it to Bitcoin and then bet if needed. There will also be an on-site token allowing individuals to bet with the token on depositing of items into the system.

An E-sport tournament is basically a tournament oriented towards games such as Counter-strike, Dota etc. Basically any game dealt with in a competitive environment can be considered an E-sport. The industry has almost 20 percent year on year growth and is expected to be as big as the NBA or NFL by 2020. People can currently bet on prominent matches  available across a series of major tournaments. Depending on the chances of the team winning, your odds of making more money increases.

We offer steam items too so that individuals who donot have access to Bitcoin can also utilize the system. We are bridging the gaming world to the blockchain. Yes, solely using steam items is a market that is over-crowded. Which is why we blend the best of both crypto and gaming

Yes. You will be given an on-site token (silveR) which can then be used to either buy your item back or other items. As of now yes, we don't take deposits but in a week from now we will be open to deposits and game items.

Why do I need to have a steam account to sign up ? It would be good if there is a option for people who don't want to sign up through steam account.Could not place my first bet lol .The website looks decent,would be placing bets in future if there is a way to put bets without singing up through steam.

I'm agreeing with the people above, you should be able to sign up with a site account, which you can find the codes for in the steam dev section. It's easy enough to integrate steam into a pre made account system.

This is being worked upon. Open auth's from a number of other prominent services and a username/pw system will go live over the weekend.

There is no point to use own virtual platform currency for esports betting site and also we have to have steam account to login which is a tedious job atleast for me. There are lots of esports betting site with direct bitcoin deposit available. for a eg. nitrogensports.
